7-9 Year Olds

Saturday mornings are about to get a whole lot more sweet! We know that it can be a bit tricky for some families to get to WORD after school, so we are stoked to be bringing back the WORD Saturday Sessions! These are just like our normal programmes, but with a twist.... 2 Saturday Sessions (3 hours each, 10am-1pm), we will be riding in one group so it important to check the abilities level advertised so everyone gets to have an amazing ride! Rob will be the WORD Instructor for this group with a max group size of 8 participants. This session is aimed at Intermediate riders who are gaining trail confidence to ride berms, small jumps and other features with ease and style.

Cost? $120/programme (2 sessions, 3 hours each session) + $20 for riders who don’t have a Bike Glendhu season pass

Option to add of a FRESH pair of brand new WORD socks. $25 at time of booking. "Tell them you go to WORD without telling them you go to WORD!" AS colour white ribbed cotton socks with the orange circle WORD 'W.' logo on the sides.

Whats included? 2 x 3hr sessions, WORD Sticker, 2025 Gold and Purple WORD t-shirt (if you don’t have one yet) and max 1:8 mtb instructor to participant ratio.

When? 10am-1pm - 3rd, 10th, 17th of May 2025

Where? Bike Glendhu every week - Please note if BG are closed due to weather or trail conditions we will try to ride elsewhere (Likely Hikuwai or Deans Bank) if conditions allow.

*Please note this programme was originally advertised as 3 weekends in a row, but due to unforeseen events Rob now has to go to Wellington on the weekend of the 10th/11th. The programme has now been changed to 2 weekends (3rd and 17th) with the price updated accordingly.
